xeon 1 power p p u u r r e e g g r r e e e e n n & & r r e e d d & & b b l l u u e e l l e e d d ostcxbeac1e ver.a.4 handling of silicone lens leds notes for handling of silicone lens leds please do not use a force of over 3kgf impact or p ressure on the silicone lens, otherwise it will cau se a catastrophic failure. the leds should only be picked up by making contac t with the sides of the led body. avoid touching the silicone lens especially by sha rp tools such as tweezers. avoid leaving fingerprints on the silicone lens. please store the leds away from dusty areas or sea l the product against dust. when populating boards in smt production, there ar e basically no restrictions regarding the form of t he pick and place nozzle, except that mechanical pressure on th e silicone lens must be prevented. please do not mold over the silicone lens with ano ther resin.
